Ralph Basch, owner of Basch Brothers Powersports, reflects on his first year as a Bighorn dealer
BH: Ralph we first met when you visited our booth at the Equip Expo last year. What got you interested in visiting us?
Ralph: Â Really honestly I was looking for something that was a little bit more affordable than the product that I was selling, which I still am selling.Â
BH: Out of ten, how would you rate your overall experience with Bighorn so far?
Ralph: I would say eight you know I just hardly ever do a ten. I figure eight is a very good score.
BH: What factored into that rating?
Ralph: The whole time that we started the discussion last year in Louisville and there was no high pressure.
What I’ve ordered, what I’ve received and received in fairly timely manner and the product when it arrives had no issues as far as damage or it not looking presentable.
In the past we’ve had some issues with some products that we’ve tried that the quality and the staffing and the organization behind the product was not the caliber that we were used to doing business with and it just didn’t work out but like I said so far everything has been exceeding my expectations honestly.
BH: Do you feel you’ve received adequate after-sale support from our team?
Ralph: Pleasantly from my standpoint I haven’t had any real issues that I’ve had to deal with.
I only had one slight problem and it was handled just immediately. I called and my guy told me exactly what I needed to resolve the problem and that did resolve the problem. It was handled very cleanly.
BH: How do you feel about the pricing of our vehicles and services?
Ralph: I think the pricing has been very competitive and the quality for the pricing seems to be very adequate.
One of my biggest concerns was getting a vehicle with the capability of unlocking the differential so it wouldn’t tear a person’s yard up and I was pleasantly surprised when the 450 and the 550 both had the unlocking differential that’s helped a whole lot.
